All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail or Priority Mail within 5 business days of your order date. Depending where you live in the US, you will get your package within 1-7 days of the date it was shipped. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email Shipping Confirmation with tracking information for your package. 

Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Simply mail it back to us within 14 days upon receiving your item and the cost of your item(s) will be refunded. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns after 14 days upon receiving your item cannot be accepted and will be returned to you. If we receive any item in an unsellable condition, you will be notified and the items will be returned to you. 

Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item you return.

Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. Please include the original packing slip or order number with your items when you mail them back. If we receive the items used or not in the same condition as when you received them, you will be notified, the items will be returned to you.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the new item, then sending the original item back. If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, or have a question about exchanging, email us at hello@woodandwicker.co.
